9:24 9th st - woman receiving threatening text messages from ex

9:29 car located that may be related to missing person report

9:53 missing woman was wearing white tennis shoes; white tennis shoes found in water near lighthouse

9:56 umbrella matching woman's umbrella that she keeps in her jeep also found; coast guard is sending boat out

9:58 thermal [camera] requested

9:59 somebody thought to dial her cell phone, and the umbrella started ringing
