involved search of building, hostages, and shots fired; two in custody

5:41 drill still going on w/ negotiations to release child hostage (at least i hope this is a drill)
the drill is a sordid tale abt a newly-returned iraq vet, his cheating wife, a manager who fired shots, menard's, policeman down, & hostages

6:28 "bad guy" is about to surrender wearing protective gear
